RE: Invenergy Thermal Development LLC’s Application to Construct the Clear River Energy Center Power Plant in Burrillville, RI
- Consider and act on a motion to adopt a resolution opposing Invenergy Thermal Development LLC’s Application to Construct the Clear River Energy Center Power Plant in Burrillville, RI, to authorize Council President John F. Pacheco III to testify before the Energy Facility Siting Board to present the position of the Town of Burrillville and to approve the Council President’s testimony as presented to the Town Council on September 22, 2016 as it may be amended.
