Rhode Island Be Well !

                                                                     Be  Well !
 Living Well Rhode Island, a chronic disease self-management program, now offers updated materials and new topics, such as coping with chronic pain.
 The program continues to offer information on managing limited mobility, improving nutrition, coping with anger and frustration, establishing better sleep habits, avoiding falls and finding community resources.
 Living Well has attracted hundreds of volunteers, including many recruited by AARP

. After training, volunteers help others cope with chronic illness. Training materials are available in English and Spanish.
