Description  Hunting RI's amazing wild mushrooms with Ryan Bouchard and Emily Schmidt. Ryan is author and photographer of "Gourmet Mushrooms of Rhode Island" the first book about mushroom hunting in the Ocean State; Emily studies the countless ways mushrooms can be used for cooking, and knows the nutritional values of the local varieties.
